ANDROID/IPHONE MOBILE APP

Wanting experience with the Fastest Growing Smartphone OS, TouchTunes' 4 Star Android and iPhone app was created by a small group of talented individuals from their Montreal office. I was head of Conceptual Design and Integration.

 

BANNER MANAGEMENT

Lead UI Designer for TouchTunes' Bar Banner Management web application. Pidoco used for wireframing and Photoshop for final layout designs.

 

LEARNING MADE EASY

Social site for Teachers and Students alike. With the help of a Live Classroom App, TeachAgora.com gives any user the tools to Teach Online without paying Application Licenses! As my own personal project, I led the Conceptual Design and Development.

 

UNIVERSITY IDENTITY

From the Logo and Stationary, to the Brochures and not to mention the CMS Website, I have created the Online and Print Identity of this Swiss Private University. Now I take care of maintenance, SEO and Statistic Analysis.

ABOUT ME

Jean-Noel ScirettaJean-Noel Sciretta was born on January 25th, 1982 in Montreal, Canada. After attending 2 of the Top high schools in Québec, Collège Stanislas and Collège Marie-de-France, he graduated top of his class at Herzing College in Webdesign, not to mention has won Presentation of the year competing against hundreds of students across all Herzing campuses in North America. Being driven by his passion for websites, he started as your typical CSS, HTML Integrator/Web Designer in early 2000s and has gradually been promoted as a UI Specialist for Web and Mobile applications. In the continually evolving internet of today, he is always seeking to learn new and better ways through Articles and Usability Conferences to enable every user to experience the web in the best and simplist possible way.

    WHAT I WATCH

    What I watch

    I have always been a fan of De Niro and DiCaprio, as well as a lot of 90s classics. Recently, movies havent appealed to me as much as 10 years ago all special effects aside. Its all about HBO baby!

    My favourites are GodFather part 2, Star Wars series, Gladiator, Good Will Hunting, BraveHeart, Harry Potter (yes I swear...), Seinfeld, The Wire (#1 favorite!), Breaking Bad, Sopranos, 6 feet under, Dexter, and most recently Game of Thrones

    WHAT I LISTEN

    What I listen to

    As much as Rap has been a big part of what I have listened to growing up and still is to a certain extent, I definitely have a love for a couple of alternative and rock groups.

    Besides listening to 2Pac, OutKast, NBIG, Immortal Technique, Bone Thugs, Eminem and Drake , I absolutely adore The Beatles, RadioHead, Incubus and Animal Collective(certain songs). I have very fond memories and keep these last 4 bands close to my heart.

    What I read

    All my reading for a good period of time has been regarding the Web World. Blogs like ThinkVitamin, Mashable and TeachCrunch probably are my top 3.

    Some of my favorite english novels are To Kill a Mockingbird(Harper Lee), Animal Farm(George Orwell) and The Glass Menagerie(Tennessee Williams)

    WHAT I PLAY

    What I play

    As a hockey fanatic, I watch and play a lot of it. For 3 years, I played goaltender in a semi-pro Ice Hockey League for Geneva.

    Nowadays, Ice and Ball hockey in an Elite league with my close friends is what quenches my thirst.
